How much does interior painting cost in Squamish?
Every project is unique, and it totally depends on what level you want us to go to! Painting is a sliding scale - we can have old walls looking brand new again, or we can just fix the obvious and put some fresh paint on. It's really up to you!
Do you provide paint, or should I buy my own?
We typically provide all the materials. You may think paint is paint, but there's a lot more to it. With you in the loop, we'll select a sheen that will best suit the area. A high traffic corridor might need a better wearing paint that a wall that doesn't see a lot of traffic. We would definitely suggest a homeowner with young kids a different paint that we would an quieter home that isn't going to see much damage. We also like to use high quality materials to ensure the best and longest lasting finishes for your home.
How long does it take to paint a bedroom or living room?
A standard bedroom usually takes 1 day, including prep, painting, and cleanup. This does of course depend on the amount of required prep, and if we're going for multiple colours. But typically we're looking at around a day per room!
What’s the difference between repainting and new construction painting?
There's slightly different steps for both. With repaints we're working with the current state of the walls. Sometimes they're in great conditions, and other times they need a lot of work to get them to a place where we're happy putting fresh paint on the walls.

With new construction we have a fresh canvas. We have to prime the drywall, put several coats on paint on and prep all the trim. There's no excuses in no construction for things to not look perfect!
Do I need to move furniture before you start?
That is completely up to you! However, we are used to moving things in such a way that gives us enough room to work, and for your things to stay safe and clean.
Do you offer touch-ups after the job is finished?
Yes. Our goal is 100% client satisfaction. If you notice something after we leave, we’re happy to come back and make it right (within reason of course). We will always do a check in 2 weeks after we leave to ensure you're still happy and haven't noticed anything that you don't like.
